I am close enough to Portland that I think a more sustainable way of living - smaller footprint, minimalist, would appeal to a certain segment of the population if it was done right.

I read that Brian Head is trying to increase their appeal and tourism so their regulations are vacation rental friendly and also the mountain stills offers plenty of summer activities.

The house's electrical system seems to be functioning properly, but given its age, we're wondering whether it would be beneficial to replace it entirely( I.e update the whole electrical system) My question is this: Would installing a new electrical system increase the value of the house and make it more appealing to potential buyers?

And, we would be the highest rated and safest extended stay property in the area (but none of that mattered). is there an appeal process for you ? 

Now it's onto making it beautiful with new everything inside, laundry room, and curb appeal.
