That will likely be higher due to needing to pave with aggregate to keep mud/dust down.On the power, it may be just as cost effective to connect to the grid and much more reliable for the tenants.

I'm anticipating my home in the 230k-250k range.In addition, currently the property is in need of a new paved driveway, sidewalk, and landscaping, Do the winter weather I am unable to complete at this time. 1. 

I would be willing to get into the property but would need someone who can train the current manager and help pave the way to increased income and decreased expenses.

i dont think you can ever have enough education, and they definitely help pave a path. although i have never taken anything passed the $500 course
