I am not active in Wake county, but a quick look at active and pending trustee sales shows the market is still competitive and volumes are still reasonable.

To me a transaction showing as pending in my account or a check in  hand would be received.

both pending and most likely for less than asking prices.

Update - as of Saturday, we are pending a sale.Within 4 days of listing: 5 offers (2 above asking) 15 showings 26 Zillow "saves" and >300 views (for what it is worth - other comparable houses in the neighborhood did not do as well with this metric even at 3+ weeks)Gotta toot our horn a little on this one.

Hello all,  my name is Bryan & this is a short post about my 1st flip success story (pending closing).I decided just over 1 yr ago that I was going to become a real estate investor more actively.  

We created an approved community design that is pending approval from the city.

There are no pending special assessments, however the self-managed HOA was unable to produce any meeting minutes to my attorney (as in, none, since apparently they don't have a Secretary or regular HOA meetings).
