I stayed in Maui Westin for the vacation and too cheap to to have my socks washed $3 per pair or undies $3.5 a piece; I went to use a coin laundry, and noticed the people using the facilities.This confirms that I should have W+D provided for all my rentals, which catering to median income of my area.

Imagine if McDonalds suddenly had millions of pairs of shoes -- just because they are a great business doesn't mean they would know what to do with millions of pairs of shoes; since they know nothing about shoes and would likely sell them at a discount just to get rid of them, so that they could get back to the business they are good at -- selling food.Banks are in the same position -- they have all these houses and aren't in the business of owning or selling houses -- they just want to get rid of them.
