How would we handle this to make everything official?

The official term for SEC8 is the Housing Choice Voucher - with choice being the operative word.  

(You should read The 10X Rule if you haven't).And maybe one day you'll be the retired real estate investor at a retirement home who has a killer development deal for the 90-year-old civil engineer who never quit taking action either.well I am not 90  but I still do continuing ed on my mortgage bankers license even though I have not used it officially in 6 years and I keep my CA brokers license active even though I have not been there in 18 years  LOL.. its a pride thing.. along with I don't want to have to take the tests again.. 

Just kinda curious about the forms to use, I understand the Official forms from the state but what about assignment contracts to the buyer/investor.

I don't mind selling off stocks once the title company wants something official.  

We HAVE had things move quickly from city officials getting behind us, but that was with clear discussions and firm commitments.

During the winter, he would switch out the official meter for his meter for 2 weeks out of every month and put back the official one before the meter reader came. 

Do I need to file anything with the county to make it official or will an appraiser just see the 4th bedroom and use similar comps?
