bathroom rehab depends on plumbing but i expect min. 3K for lighter one.kitchen rehab is about 2-3k ; the cabinet is not expensive.that's labour and materials. 

It seems at first glance many of the books cover the same material. 

However, construction and material rates are fairly close across the nation.The only half decent deals I've seen within this sector that make it financially feasible is to find an existing warehouse that could be converted to smaller spaces if possible, which helps cut down on time the property remains unleased.

I have not bought his coaching/training course, but when I started with real estate and bought some *************'s material Nate was involved in those education training.

You will be discovered and held liable.Re: the tile floor, you should be paying $2 - $6 per SF for the material and about $4 SF for the install, so your numbers are in line.

Managing the rehab budget, need to get better at it as inflation continue to rise and labor and materials continue to increase

I also have friends that won't pay anything other than materials until the job is done.
