That means if you've got a manager that charges you $100 to make one-off visits to change a light switch cover, authorizes repairs beyond what your contract says, and so on, you need to be cognizant of perhaps finding another manager.The whole beauty of having a PM is not having to do it yourself.

If you make it "generic" and try to push rents, you will get some alright tenants, and of course, if you have a dirty property with half the lights burnt out, you will get less than stellar tenants.
