I have saved many fall out deals from reputable lenders that I use on a day to day basis, It's just the client is not very familiar with the lender's process/ guidelines and/or the rep was being very unethical (bait and switch.. etc..).

You have the potential of something really great here, you just want to proceed slowly and not dunk your money until you can legally confirm it will be your return on investment.

Legally they are probably allowed to show whenever they want with proper notice.

@Robert Morris it can work - until it doesn't via a lawsuit.Challenges:1) They are NOT professionals2) They are not licensed, so may cause you legal headaches3) They won't have insurance, so what happens when their actions lead to a lawsuit?
