Calls to the company go to a voice mailbox that is full after the 6 month date.I have created a Notice of Contract Default that I will be sending to them via their lawyer.

@Becky HoffmanI would not change the name of the LLC but do a dba so you do business as one name but legally your LLC name does not change

You really want to have your contract approved by an attorney even though California doesn't use attorneys for transactions.
