I don't have any debt and I don't have kids or much going on outside of my 9-5 career. 

Just because some of us offer services doesn't mean we’re all just here to push a product.Instead of saying: "you can't do it under any circumstance", tell the kid how to do it, or what to watch out for.

Although I've been using trusts for years, I am literally just doing my estate planning and my attorney said I did everything right to be able to pass my properties down to my kids.

I know when I was a kid some rich people I knew talked about doing something and getting a finders fee.

Especially now we have kids.

There are a lot of ways to potentially roll this back that are being explored as this ordinance was rushed through with very little feedback from stakeholders.

The skiing pales in comparison to Colorado or the Sierra Nevada of course, but I still thought it was pretty great as a kid growing up in the midwest 😃

While dealing with property damage, our kids' PTSD, loss of income, car loss, etc.

Their parents had it, they got it when they turned 18, their kids grow up on it and so far I have seen a few of their kids also get it when they turn 18.

Additionally, offering to discuss any concerns she might have or exploring possible compromises can further demonstrate your willingness to work together for a mutually beneficial outcome.
