After about a month of no returns, I did some investigation and found that "Address Correction Requested" may be a better approach.

We have the ability to petition for an Order to Publish in order to comply with noticing missing parties, however a licensed private investigator must first be employed to document and certify all attempts to locate the missing parties. 

IDK much about it but it is worth investigation.

One of my dreams is a campground and am currently investigating the purchase of one in Grays Harbor area.

I would also check out Morgan Stanley, they have some great options for capital repair loans that a couple of my clients are in the process of investigating.

If these aren't an issue, then maybe it might be worth investigating further. 

hopefully they won't be on some complete BS like the goobers at teh ohio dept of real estate. i called them. they had to get their attorney on the phone for me LOL. their lawyer didn't have much to say to my arguement. the investigator manager said there is a statute that says i can not wholesale. 

My biggest challenge to date is trying to investigate which areas will be best for us to invest in.
