As I understand more of what's lacking, and what I'd like to have using the trexglobal free product (free for up to 5 properties, and only $5 (or $7) a month for online payments) then I'll talk to property management about more indepth usages.

As such, I would recommend focusing on properties where you see opportunities to add value or change usage to increase your return, rather than hoping for rents to keep rising or the market to continue appreciating.

An auxiliary meter breaks out the water usage between 2 units based on their individual use of water.

Tenants who do not pay their own utilities may not worry about usage - would you? 

Do a youtube on the park, surroundings, container usage, cleanup, etc on your web page.
