It is my understanding that HUD will make repairs (or split the cost of repairs) that are an issue of habitability.  

This is not a quick solution but you should see a significant increase in 6 to 12 months while implementing the program and good credit habits.

They choose to participate in a program with special diet meals, and it may work well while they are eating those restrictive meals, but unless they consciously change their eating habits they are mostly likely going to gain weight again.

I'm sure that I've watched to many episodes of "The Wire", but drug dealers get robbed and attract other such violence that could bring harm to innocent people in the area.

There is no harm in having another horse in your race.

That said, they do you as little good as harm.

Force of habit..

The net result is that big banks, especially those that were deemed  "Too Big to Fail" were empowered to grow even larger as they were actually given money to devour their former competitors.Chances are that the readers of my post did nothing to stop this terrible development because they believed that they were not being harmed.
