The only way to stop your loss is to re-fi and at the same time put enough cash in to pay those mortgages down.

You could ask to amortize the loan over a longer period of time to get your payments low and then offer an attractive balloon payment in 3-5 years to finance them out which gives you time to figure out how to re-fi.

@Matt F., I can and do broker to Wells from time to time, but they are a bunch of complete idiots that  probably hire underwriters directly from the unemployment line adjacent to the trailer park.

Even in US ( I will try to find some french equivalent) Here the creation of S.A.R.L. is very expensive (i'll rather flip a parking place instead LOL) and for SCI (société civile immobilier) we have to be two people but I am want to do things alone.
