Interestingly, to me at least, the 4-week T-bills didn't fall much in the last week or so while longer-term bills did.Just hang your cash in a HYSA, rotate into buying BDCs before ex-div date, rotate back to HYSA and dropping into smashed mega-cap equities and quality cash-flowing small caps.

The closing date was supposed to be the 12 of July.

So if they do nothing and let the BTFP just expire, liquidity in the markets will be toast.

I am waiting for a court date.

Is there a such thing as a flipper line of credit where the property information can be filled in at later date?

There is another thread of folks complaining that a tenant can change the date of payment.
