Seems to me that if an investor considering syndicates who does not have experience or contact with syndicators would do well to join with a group of investors experienced in investing in syndications and pay the membership fee to “ride” the knowledge of experienced investors in this field.  

Any advice or lessons learned from more experienced wholesalers would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance for your help!

I’ve experienced success in the STR market here in St Pete myself but I’ve since transitioned my properties to long term rentals for convenience and time management sake.

The more experienced they are, the harder it is for them to blame other people.

Another option you will see online are companies selling shares to sections or lots of trees via a tree plantation management company.  

I am seeing quotes around $120k which would put that cost per square foot around $600 which seems a lot compared to what I have seen/read online The reason your cost per square foot is so high is you still have to add all the things a regular house has but in a smaller space.

They hold their sale in four different locations, and have each locations sales listed separately online. 

You can often look online for the county/city zoning map, parcel info, and zoning laws.
