Also UPMC or the Universities don't have to be the best overall to thrive, they can find niches.I have said many. many times, especially to @Steven Ko whose enthusiasm and positivity is a welcome counterpoint to my beliefs, that I would be very happy to be wrong in the long run, much happier than to be right about the area.
