I say somewhat because it is like pulling teeth when you need to use it.We also do direct bookings and other platforms where we do our own ID verification. 

I would skip all of the agents and go direct.

Absolutely, creating a baseline business plan is a crucial step when starting in real estate (or any field) because it provides clarity, direction, and a strategic foundation for your efforts.

The seller may need to be the one who talks to them or you may be able to talk to them directly if you provide them with a letter from the seller specifying the loan #, sellers SSN, etc.
