Southern impression is primarily a single family home builder and their floorplans are all too large for profitability. they are overbuilding each unit and adding unnecessary things like garages that don't get you any income and only drive the construction values up. a garage on it's own isn't with much more than what it's built for and doesn't really add to the equity gain in new constructionÂ

If it is roots, joint corrosion, etc we get it chained which has some risk but clears the drain of anything except pipe breakage that would cause a clog.Good luck
