I'm just pointing out that despite the fact that values will eventually rise (for the reasons stated above), the system is mathematically rigged against it, for better or worse.

Crap hit the fan , The step son came over with bolt cutters with the ex wife .  

It appears that some of the brokers have cookie-cutter Solo 401k plan agreements for their customers.  

Buyers have little to no imagination, showing them the ugly behind what will be the beauty sticks in their minds, and you will, without question, lose some potential buyers by showing before it is finished.If you are in the cookie cutter average home price point, finish and then list and show. if you are priced right and do a quality rehab, your home should sell quickly in any stable or appreciating market.

If you take a box cutter you can cut the foamboard in half and make 20 signs for $26.

But we all see what's missing in there: it's a cookie cutter life that is palletized, shrink wrapped, and shipped to someone as a "life" by the Amazons and institutions of modern America.
