After mailing for 3 months now, every lead that's come through has received 8-10 essentially identical letters from other investors, some that mail every two weeks.I know there's a market there, but I've thought about changing strategy and coming at it from a realtor angle, who can get them the most money for the property or make a cash offer.My original intent was to wholesale these leads, but when so many cash buyers are already mailing them I've been priced out of a few because of the wholesale fee.Do you solely offer the cash option?

Comes to find out her daughter never started college and the daughter had stayed there for 3 weeks before I caught them.They said the daughter had identity theft so the daughter had no place to stay and again trying to be a nice person I only charged them extra $25 a month and we agreed when the lease expired on 3/7/2017; the mom's lease is over and they have to leave.Now, less than 7 weeks to go; they claimed I have to find them housing to relocate them or letting them stay until I found a buyer.I am newly RE agent; I really don't want to do anything to risk losing my license BP community please help!!

Our strategies are almost identical, i'll have to look into having the seller carry a second mortgage to stretch farther, great idea.The frustrating days are bound to come but over time, there'll be more celebratory days than frustrating ones.It sounds like you have already but if you have not, you need to read The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller.
