I think it is also pretty weird that at a lot of auctions if we see a "newby" ready to bid on the "wrong" thing, several people will warn them.

I think it will add more competition to the rental market and the buyer market specifically up in N Phoenix, Deer Valley, Desert Ridge, and then up into Anthem - but will bring up value throughout the county.

Hello All, I took another look at their website and was trying to understand the difference between the individual Notes and the Funds.Am I correct in my thinking that ONLY Accredited Investors can do the Note Funds, while Individuals can do the individual notes?
