I assume she typically charges 5% to sell.I wonder if its ok to ask her to count the buy side 3%towards her sell side commission.

Add a 6% realtor commission into that value and they are paying 91%.

This means that, apparently, all four units plus the public service utilities were being billed to that tenant.I just received a letter from the tenant with their bills from April-August enclosed, stating that they were concerned about the high usage and asked the Public Service Commission to investigate, which concluded that all four apartments' utilities were being billed to the tenant.

Generally the seller's realtor, if they have one, already has a commission (~6%) built into the price of the house that both the buyer's and seller's realtors are paid from.

I ask because although I've read that you can have success here and there with the MLS, it just seems to me it would be really hard considering the market exposure and then having to include, at minimum, the listing agent commission (assuming you could negotiate down the portion that would have normally gone to a buyer's agent).
