Is the repair/maintenance mostly cosmetic to improve the visual impact?

I got my A$$ kicked in the crash and viewed never to get caught with my shorts around my ankles again (sorry for the visual)... 😬 ..., I've made a good recovery after a lot of tears and hard work. 

When you visualize yourself making it happen it has a funny way of working itself out.

I have always been a visual learner, so seeing linked info on the deal will help me understand better. 

They show you in a more visual form where you're headed.

Sent out mold company they told that impacted area is dry there is no visual sign of mold.

Visualizing all those things in detail on a daily basis keeps me going even when I feel too tired to go another day.

It would add some visual interest and make your duplex stand out.  

I understand there are different methods to determine the repair cost such as the 70% rule or multiplying the total square footage by $18-$30, depending on the property, (if there are other methods, please let me know) but I want to learn how to visually look at a property and see the underlying value.I live in the DMV area so if anyone is aware of any meetups or would not mind me tagging along with them as they walk through a property, I would greatly appreciate it.Thanks Everyone and Happy New Years... 

That would be the same terms as a foreclosure auction; basically a drive-by visual and buyer beware.
