What you want is an agent with experience who knows how to negotiate, watch your back, navigate difficult situations, understand contracts and law, provides an objective cross-check, etc.

VG  it was my understanding that sub to guys charged 15k .. thats what one BP member told me at the time.. so its hearsay how much they actually wanted for their expertise..

Understand the fees involved and calculate the total cost for an entire year of management so you can compare the different managers.

I'd like to understand @Devin James, from the domestic developer mind of things; If there stands a confusion, lack of comprehension on how to address housing compilation in a given region, city, MSA etc., why not look to Europe? 

I jumped into real estate doing the BRRRR method, understanding that holding property will allow me to build generational wealth, but then learning that landlord income is not the best way to feed your family.

@Arun Philipnot sure if i understand your question.if you don't have any cash, period, you shouldn't be buying any more properties. 

Looking for the forums help in understanding all of the different avenues you would be exploring if you were me in posting this portfolio for sale.
