I’m referring to deals that you were going to either fix and flip or fix and hold, are you referring to for sale by owner properties or are you using redfin and Zillow to buy on market properties that are distressed listed by agents?

If you don't know what you're expecting to get out of any program, class, seminar, employment choice (Subto, BP, Tony Robbins, etc.) you'll never get your monies worth.

Like others have said, it is all going to depend.If you are talking about straight home owners then there are a ton of choices.

You are going to have to send anywhere between 3000 to 5000 mailers to start to see a better probability to get a deal.That is simply the nature of the beast.Now as a reference.
