I imagine some chemical used may cause health .....

Hi everyone,I have a 5-month-old baby, and now I am buying a property near the golf club in Los Angeles.I read an article about how the golf club use chemicals to make the land look nice and green.

Outdoor pools are dramatically affected by the amount of sunlight and any public pool or shared MF pool need chemical testing two to three times daily to allow for adjustments to keep the water crystal clear.

I have been a volunteer fireman for over 30 years and take fire safety seriously, but only after going to a class on STR safety did I realize that I leave lots of cleaning chemicals where young children could get to them. 

manthat's badno matter what you put down over a little time the smell is going to come backsave yourself the headache of chemicals and a smelly homelooks like a couple sheets should be a easy tear outmake sure your lease says no animals-enjoy

I own one of the units out of a total of eight in the building.There is a copper drain pipe leak inside the common wall between my unit and next door.Very old building from the 1960s, 1-1/2" copper trap arm from the kitchen - most likely previous owners or tenants used drain cleaning chemicals that ate into the copper, and the pipe has developed pin hole leaks at the bottom. 

He actually used chemical weapons on the Kurds and Iranians.

It costs $165 per month to maintenance and apply chemicals etc.There is also electric cost running $150 per month, presumably covering common areas and for running the sewage treatment facility.Other than that, the other big cost is property tax is 200 per month and a State and sewage permit for $35 per month.Expenses look to total $550 per month, including everything (that I know of thus far) except debt service.What are loan terms like on these deals post crisis?
