So I see every one asking what to write on a yellow letter so I won't.Howevr I will ask a question about it coming from the other end.Every guru, swears by it and recommends it,  write I want to$ BUY $your house.....Me personally I find this cheese and not genuine.

I work a lot but I truly enjoy what I do.If the market tanked tomorrow I could at least flip burgers at Wendy's and would still be way ahead on paper.

I asked for "how do you make a cheeseburger" ad you replied with "anybody can do that, then you put pickles on it".

This isn't like flipping burgers where a fixed procedure guarantees good results.

Although I agreed with everyone's feedback that her proposition was slimy, I thought I would give it a try and told her I'd give her $2000 if my offer was accepted.In my mind I was only taking my maximum allowable offer and reducing it by $2000 to take her commission into consideration.Let me tell you what the $2000 cheese got me from the rat.
