I have 2 rentals I am rehabbing and need some advice on where to get cabinets and/or vanities. 

I am scheduled to close tomorrow. my contract says "broom clean condition", which i think is standard language in most PA's.well, i went there yesterday and the house is still a mess, multiple refrigirators, ovens, wheel chairs, porn tapes, cabinets, water heaters, dolls, tables, you name it, it's there.my agent left multiple messages with the sales agent (a huge knob!)

It has good windows but thr floor is probably damaged under the kitchen cabinets.  

A Filing Cabinet You should also have a filing cabinet to store important documents and files that is dedicated to your investing endeavors.

I design and sell mainly cabinets and counters.

There's a few other considerations regarding how the baseboard, door jambs and cabinets relate to the existing floor but if the surface of the concrete is not acceptable, you might want to consider tile.  

lol maybe some suggestions on a decent long lasting kitchen floor that is modern, sinks, countertops, cabinets, etc.  

Buy a wallpaper steamer if that's a issue.Just paint and put new countertops on existing cabinets.  

All units need some improvements: flooring (very dirty carpets), kitchen (ancient cabinets, ugly and cheap countertop),… We plan to have people in two units move out and then renovate.

The cabinets and counters are dated bUT not in terrible shape.
