You will definitely come across agents that don't know anything about your market, but brush it off and call the next one. 

As far as evictions go, I would brush up on your state's landlord-tenant laws to determine the correct dates for posting notices. 

That said, I painted a kitchen with old but custom built-ins, same as you, sprayed doors in my shop and brushed the faces.

At times there are struggles with tenants to pay their minor portion, which can lead to eviction if they don't pay it, but, often times the tenant believes/gambles that the landlord will not pursue that route.On the other hand one should not paint all people living in a bad neighborhood with a broad brush as being destructive.

This is a good opportunity to brush up on your State laws concerning abandonment. 

Brush up on protected classes in Fair Housing Laws.

Also, you might want to brush up on the process so you dont make a costly mistake.

The hope is that they don't paint all mobile park owners (or landlords in general) with the same brush that they were painting Rolfe with.

I take this really personal, because the first house I bought in Detroit, was a 6000 sq ft Mansion in Brush Park, and the former Owner, in an  attempt to make a buck, turned the property into a Halfway House.
