I feel like if I were to pay property taxes for the added lot etc it should be doing something, as the house rent doesn't seem to be much more than houses without a double lot, unless the prop mgr is not pricing it correctly.My brother rented out 7 acres of a farmhouse he had to a farmer before, but that was in a rural area.
