Justen Ashcraft If I read it correctly, you have a mortgage that was sold to another lender.the new lender has yet to start reporting but the old lender closed it out.this should go back up when the new servicer starts reporting but your credit score is fluid and changes daily so other things you do also have an effect on your credit
