I’ve ALWAYS found zoning to be very accommodating to me, a onsey twosey investor vs some big developer.Also zoning can get you to the STREET ADDRESS ASSIGNMENT CLERK…If it is a duplex and u want to use it as a duplex… it’ll need an additional USPS ADDRESS.That’s actually FREE & FAST…The clerk did it for me (county just north of Charlotte NC) while we were on the phone!!

There is no need to pay for gas and pay it off... it's mostly myths that people have come up with over time.If you have a zero score it's because you do not have any credit or the credit that you do have is less than 6 months old... more likely is less than 90 days old.Now, if your intent is to get approved for a mortgage and all you have is one prepaid credit card you are not putting yourself in the best position to secure a loan approval.I usually recommend 5 Tradlines or 5 separate accounts reporting to your credit.The best place to start, even before starting to get credit cards, is by going on the app store on your phone and searching "Build Credit" .

You can probably hunt the asset manager down with a couple of phone calls.   

They both pick up the phone when I call and would not tolerate having to submit notes in a portal.

Still have not found out how to speak with customer service on the phone...everything has had to been done via email...a big reason why I'm now venting on bigger pocketsI paid for the annual subscription for the year so I guess I'm stuck with it for now but unless they smooth out these integration issues I will probably switch.
