I'm looking at investing in several out-of-state markets (potential BRRRR strategy in mind), I have a list of qualifiers that I'm sussing out to determine viable markets but would love to know: what data helps in determining a good market to invest?

I would like to qualify for a BRRRR after everything is finish.Thank in advance for the information. 

I know the production homebuilders sell lots way in advance, but I think that's a whole different ballgame.

What other kinds of loans or financing strategies are available that don't involve using too much of your own cash?

Any insight anyone has into which one of these strategies would be better than the other as well as other pros and cons would be very helpful!
