We have clients on both ends of the spectrum when it comes to feelings on the market.

So the spectrum of the househacking strategy is wide, my goal for my clients is to help them take into consideration, their budget, and match with the lifestyle, desired location, and personality and work together to fit a strategy to reach your goals, not just on. your first property, but many more to come.

The purpose of this post was meant to educate me on the other end of the investment spectrum.

In the world of real estate, most transactions are on a spectrum:  They either cashflow heavy, appreciate heavy, or a decent blend of both (with neither being heavy). 

You'll get answers all over the spectrum. 

As I think the whole spectrum of real estate people need to do! 

My biggest concern right now is being too impulsive and not doing my due diligence before i jump in, but on the other end of the spectrum i am  paranoid of suffering from analysis paralysis.

I am an office manager for a plumbing company and I have to say I am so happy I got to see both sides of the spectrum as a plumber out on the field and now as an office manager where day in and day out I am constantly talking to property managers, building owner's, etc.  

With the data set skewed towards the cheaper end of the spectrum, median prices in the neighborhood were dropping, while in reality the price of any 1 particular property was strongly rising.
