Also, commercial employers the University contracts to provide services - bookstores, cafeteria, dormitory personnel, campus security or maintenance etc...those are considered "on campus" so foreign students can work there part time.

I'm wondering if you might want to target tenants other than military personnel, if they're too transient.I found a website on the largest employers and there seem to be a lot of medical jobs there.  

There is not an underlying cost to rent out your home other than advertising and personnel.  

I plan to purchase SFHs and MFHs that will appeal to the military personnel and transient workers.

Have you heard of new avenues that new personnel are directed to use?

Are you going to not rent to military personnel or other law enforcement personnel (which a very high percentage will have their service weapon(s) at home with them / their families)?
