I’ve seen vague listing descriptions where either the listing agent didn’t verify that fact or they were purposefully misleading by marketing those STRs as if the permit could be transferred to a new buyer.I certainly wish they could because it would help increase value of my home being able to sell the permit with it when I was ready to trade up.Hope this helps Andre!

If it's a cash person, we add the fee on top of sales price to allow a slightly lower sales price to save on the transfer taxes.The only time we charge a retainer is for out of state buyers.
