I've organized meetups in the past and definitely would appreciate the opportunity to network with some locals.Anyone can feel free to message me and let's pick a date and venue and post it.

Converting a commercial space to a mixed use venue (weddings, meetings, celebrations, etc).  

Just the other day, Google's CEO, Sundar Pichai was discussing new cost-cutting measures at Google such as decreased hiring, potential layoffs, and, to the horror of The Googlers...slashing travel and entertainment budgets, such as suggesting they tone down holiday parties and hold them in Google's offices instead of other venues while making them smaller in size.  

Would love suggestions for a venue/location for a get together where we could meet, discuss obstacles and lessons, deal analyzing, or otherwise talk about news on a biweekly/monthly basis.

Old warehouse converted into an event venue.

I walked in and noticed that the venue was set up in a way where it was easy to enter, but very difficult to exit.

They're very scammy and the model is set up to squeeze every dollar out of you possible for information and expertise you can easily acquire from online venues for free (from trusted sources like BP).

The hotels with great potential in the area suffer from poor management that has failed to encourage the local venues to extend their seasonal schedules, it flip-flops back and forth over the years.
