In my experience, it's best to engage your attorney to interface with the trustee(s).

I find the interface to be user-friendly and have had good experience with customer support.

Then, when you use a lower-cost, high volume 'system' provider like speedy filer (SF), you'll know how to interface with them.

Thanks Mike, yes I just got clarification from FCI that we need to have them do the borrower interface due to the NC state laws.

It has a good interface to keep track of properties, landlords, tenants, pre screening etc.

But, if you're asking me to run comps, negotiate, prepare contracts, manage the deal-flow, interface with inspectors and appraisers, re-negotiate, and run interference with lenders, then my time is definitely worth a commission. 

However, the City claimed the pipe ruptured at the City mid-street main & the 'emergency' shut-off was charged out at $1200.The City then insisted that we pay for a new replacement water line from their mid-street main to the inside meter because the old hook-up/interface was lead pipe.

The user-friendly interface made it incredibly easy to navigate through the various features and customize my security preferences.

Would be great if you could provide strengths and weaknesses..I definitely like the interface much better and the pre made lists for property radar and know you guys don't provide for every list mentioned but would you recommend any specific companies for lists you guys don't currently provide? 

To find a software that really suits you (interface, user-friendliness, etc.) and your business (features,  complexity, pricing plans, etc.), it's worth taking the time to do some comprehensive research on the platforms out there. 🙂  For example Google 'Free property management software' and after narrowing down your options, look for reviews on each one to help you decide.
