Hey Kenny no it's more out the money to work and if needed get personally involved right right now have 3 clients I helped raised 175k in 0% interest business funding with 12 months 0 apr and they want to get going in real estate and make modest returns not shooting for home runs 

They say if you join their program they will mentor you to help you find land to put under contract with a seller and then find a builder to buy the land and reassign it to the builder.

Again, I believe this would hold true in most urban type markets.Let me know if that helps answer your question or if you have any follow-up questions to this.
