Hello,Do you guys know any good electrician in York County, PA.

However, the good home inspector may recommend you bring in experts to further analyze potential issues identified such as a foundation contractor, roofer, electrician, etc.I have a good one (not the cheapest) but I am unsure if he goes all the way to Oceanside. 

Oh sure, indoor plumbing and electrical and all, but most REI's aren't wanting to become plumbers or electricians, or they'd go to trade school. 

Through the last few projects I have found a great plumber, electrician, drywall crew, and a roofing/siding contractor (Happy to provide referrals) but I haven't been able to find the right person(s) to frame walls, install flooring, hang interior doors and trim, do kitchen installs, etc..

Do you know any electricians in the area?

I was in there in November with an electrician to do some work, can my reason for inspection be to check in and make sure everything is still working correctly?

The electrician and painter did a great job.

It sounds like a typical inspector is fine, but it's important to be with them every step of the way and don't be afraid to get a second opinion from an expert in the field (plumber/electrician/etc).

CHRISTIAN   DO YOU KNOW A GOOD MASTER ELECTRICIAN  , BOUGHT A HOUSE IN LAWTON  , NO ELECTRIC METER , NEED TO INSPECT AND  HAVE MASTER ELECTRICIAN  ORDER THE INSPECTION FROM CITY TO GET METER PUT BACK , THANKS 

My father owns 3 rentals and is an electrician who is extremely handy and knowledgeable in that area.
