Seems like that commenter missed the fact that you're talking about Multifamily or is confused about the SBA program - it is only for Owner-Occupied Commercial (like a retail store buying out their own building).Fannie/Freddie could be a fit if you have the right net worth, liquidity, and credit, but as mentioned upline already neither agency likes an out-of-state buyer who doesn't have direct experience/ties to the market they are acquiring in, so likely not an option for commercial loan #1.

They all talk and there aren't tons if them.Examples of vaid reasons may include things like undisclosed or unobvious environmental issues, title issues/delays, government agency delays, original document delays and things that are out if your control.

I would talk to agencies on south shore too, your pruce points in Incline are much higher than south shore or other points around the lake, I dont know that your rssoective rental rate and booking density would justify it.

I know this because we sat down and looked at her credit report in the Mint app (a soft inquiry, and yes I know it only gives data from 1 agency but I don't expect the other 2 to be vastly different).
