I doubt you can hold the estate of the deceased to what you think you can in length of balance of lease. the originator is dead.Usually the longest an estate of deceased is responsible for the lease is 60 days, I'd recheck your state laws.Make agreement with the executor of estate that the apartment will be vacated on XXX date.
