I just heard the vivid vision podcast Brandon Turner did based on Cameron Herald's book vivid vision, I would start there.

That will tell you if they are legitimately licensed, but who knows without a referral if they are any good or allegedly defrauding you..

The strategy doesn't really make sense when you break it down, people only think it does because it will allegedly cash flow more.
