Selling I save 30k on the Reno budget resting in a 107k sale.What you guys think Keep a fully renovate home for 66k in a C+/B- area or sell for 107k for the next deal?

I'm looking at C/B class properties in C/B class neighborhoods in the midwest.Do these numbers look about right?

Can tenant B have their own TV in the living room?

My first bookings were all for the whole unit so eventually I just gave up marketing as by the room b/c it's easier on my to do whole unit.

There are some better areas in that zip code, and then there are some areas that you should avoid, but overall I'd say that most areas are about a C/C+ level with some even being a B- grade.I hope this helps!
