Possibly place a PG on the LLC to ease their worries?

I have found some lenders make it a requirement, either way, doesn't that (giving a lender your PG) take away from the "so called" Corporate Veil for legal purposes and the separation of entities (personal and business)?

Most of my rehabs have been in PG County MD and DC proper.

PG County you can get some SFH in the $200k range.

Right now there are tons of deals being done all over DC, PG County and Northern VA. 

I would be doing this in PG county MD.
