Its just not wise, I have seen too much.But that's just me.

Usually they have a million dollar policy that can help cover the gaps liability wise.

On this site, it seems like there's a lot of crickets when the subject of residential development and larger scale residential building comes up....which is disappointing as there's a lot of wise people here... maybe the niche is smaller than I thought or we're looking in the wrong place for answers....

I have been successful in making wise financial decisions by adhering to this approach and avoiding typical mistakes.Work hard, work smart!

Ignore the loan when trying to factor in the possible tax implications as paying off a principal balance doesn't do anything tax-wise.
