If you find that properties without central AC are sitting on the market longer or renting for significantly less, that could be a sign that it’s an important feature in Columbus.Ultimately, while the lack of central AC might narrow your tenant pool, it doesn’t have to be a deal breaker if you can find ways to compensate, either through rent pricing or future upgrades.

It's required by ordinance that the water be changed between each guest.There may be a certain amount of trial and error as you work with your cleaning/maintenance staff, communicate well with them but give them space to do their jobs, and if it doesn't seem to be working out, go to someone else.
