Real Estate is the long game, not the get rich quick theme we hear on social media. 

I’m eager to invest opportunistically into real estate and so I’ve been immersing myself in real estate knowledge through books, podcasts and videos, which led me to the BP community of supporters.

If you’re serious about getting into the game, I’d say build up those local contacts they can be your biggest asset.Glad you’re meeting with someone in real estate financing soon; it’ll be invaluable for guiding you through loan options and what’s realistic for a first purchase.

You really have to have a game changing product to make it worth larger players to switch.

I've created a walk-thru video for each unit and posted it online.

I guess I just rolled with it because I had 45 days to play the game or call in my chips with a +30% payout to the government.   

To me it feels more like a game of chess, to my wife it was a lot more emotional, we had a couple tenants that really got under her skin, at least in the beginning.

Also, people look for a game room or something for guests. 

While I've been focused on buy-and-hold strategies, I'm eager to elevate my game and explore new investment opportunities.
