Exactly this.Just as some love what they do and want to w2/1099 or would love to go back, true investors aren't limited to just landlording on the RE side, nor are we limited to one industry sector or vehicle in general.

I currently own a property in Commerce MI that my family live in and cant be used as an investment vehicle  =(  Momma says no..I had this shift in thinking about 3 months ago about where my life should be headed.

Just to give you a little background about the property:2 family house in decent area in the Brinx fully occupied, $0 (rent roll), absentee/tired landlord, owner owns the property free and clear, owner hasn't collected rent in 15 years, property is current with taxes and water and sewage.Should I followup aggressively - after all she did verbally agree to a purchase price - or should I give her a little time then followup?
